Kim Zolciak is pretty terrible, but that's nothing new -- that's pretty much her whole thing, really. But we thought we knew the woman, we thought we were familiar with all of her trademark horrors. As it turns out, we were wrong.
And that's because Kim had to take her three-year-old son to the emergency room at nearly 2:00 AM last night, and instead of comforting him or tending to him or whatever other motherly things a mother would do, she decided to document the trip on Snapchat:
